Description
This is one of the best Spike Tomahawks I have ever seen! This came out of a collection of trade axes and Tomahawks that Rich Keller of Great War Militaria had. I bought several from him but do believe with the History of this it is the best one he had! There is a photo of the inventory number and a photo of the description along with the matching inventory number on his list. I will provide a copy of this entry but not the original as I still have other pieces from this list. These pieces came from many of the big collections and many were dug by these people as well. This piece was found in the Susquehanna River up at Unindilla NY. The area that Joseph Brant used for his Camp! You can see it has some of its original haft and has never been messed with since its finding! This is one of the rarest types of Spike Tomahawks and it is guaranteed for life to be authentic. I talked with Rich to make sure he would not mind putting his name in this ad and he approved, so feel free to ask any questions and this would be a once in a lifetime acquisition. Almost all of this type that I have seen have been newer made pieces. It will be insured and packed in a large flat rate box.
