    Description

This is an old, large size hardcover book with dust jacket, 11 1/8" x 8 5/8", 227 pages, entitled
    "Indian Paths Of Pennsylvania."
The book was written by Paul A.W. Wallace, it is copyright 1965 (first edition)
and published by The Pennsylvania Historical And Museum Commission. Harrisburg, Pa.... The book begins with a 16-page introduction to Pennsylvania's American Indian paths, with information about the tribes that inhabited Pennsylvania, conditions of some of the paths, and more.  Following the introduction, there are 131 Indian paths that are each mapped out, with some information about each path, and directions to get to each path.  The book is 57 years old, and it is quite rare. It is in near mint condition, with just some very minor signs of age & wear.  There is no soiling on any of the pages, no rips or tears, no writing on any of the pages, no loose or missing pages, etc.  However, a former powner of the book printed his name and
    "3-31-67"
on the top edge of the backside of the front and back covers - see my scan #5.  The dust jacket is in good condition, with moderate signs of age & wear, and a numbeer of small tears on the edges that have been neatly repaired with piecers of cleasr tape on the backside of the dust jacket.  Buyer pays .70 shipping
