We were told that this item was never used. We did take it out of the box and test it. It works great. Box does have some water damage, tears, and cracks as pictured. Box says COLEMAN POWERMATE INDUSTRIAL HEATING, PROPANE RADIANT HEATER, 45,000 BTU...COMMERCIAL GRADE...MADE IN USA. # 5045B751. Comes with heater, bracket & original paperwork. No tank (not included).
This item is in good working condition. Just some very minor scratches and markings.
