PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Refurbished 4610-1NR USB Interface Iron Gray Printer (no cable or power supply): This item has been professionally refurbished and tested by our certified technicians. Each printer is painted back to its OEM IBM Iron Gray, the internal components are fixed or replaced, and each printer is fully tested to ensure it ships in "like new" condition. We do not include a cable or power supply with the printer. The default settings are reset on each printer so they leave the door as they would from IBM. Buyer must ensure compatibility with their hardware prior to purchase and we do not offer any post sale assistance with configuration or settings to get it to work with your software and terminals.
RETURNS/WARRANTY: We offer exchanges for hardware related issues only. There are no returns on this item. Buyer must ensure compatibility and be able to configure this printer to work with their software/hardware. This includes settings like Microcode level, etc. We do not provide returns for compatibility or set up issues. We fully test and guarantee that these printers are working as they should. We do offer a 30 day limited warranty against the moving parts inside this printer. This does not cover damage caused by the user (
accidental or not)
or an act of god, including but no limited to dropping the printer, breaking exterior plastics/covers, water damage/grease/other liquid, natural disaster, or any other damage caused in the field. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if any damage is suspected.
PLEASE NOTE:
If buyer requires a change in Microcode level, printer mode, or other, buyer must specify immediately after purchase before shipment. We can change those settings for you if needed. Please see the test receipt for how we will ship otherwise. Power supplies or powered USB printer cables are not included with the printer, but are available for an additional cost if needed.
