    We ship within the Continental United States ONLY, we will ship to Canada but buyers must be aware that Duty fees may apply. Local Pick-Up available at no cost, Call in advance to schedule a pickup.
    We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
    We ship a large amount of items on a daily basis and shipping is done within 48 Hours after the payment has been received. If your payment is received after 10:00 AM PST, your package will be dispatched the following business day. Tracking information for shipped items will be uploaded every day at 4:00 PST.

    Description:

Please use the photos as an indicator of the general quality of the item you will receive and review the product page for any additional details regarding the condition of the item.
    Returns:
    The item may be returned within 14 days of receipt (warranty period) only if found to be DOA or not as described and shown in the photos. The Buyer must pay for all costs of returning an item including shipping and insurance and the Buyer must first be given a return authorization before a return will be accepted. During the warranty period described in these Terms and Conditions, the Bidder/Buyer (customer) shall not undertake any repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly of the item without the prior written consent of the seller. Customer agrees to and shall be fully responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment for any cause whatsoever. Customer shall pay all repair costs for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment. If the Customer finds the item not to be as described and shown in the photos or DOA during the warranty period a refund will be issued to the Buyer upon request subject to seller's agreement and inspection. If the item returned is found to have been abused, misused, or damaged, physically or electrically, or not otherwise in the same condition as it was when originally shipped to the Buyer, a full refund will not be issued but an accommodation or partial refund may be made on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances.
    Shipping:
    hipping is either by UPS ground or USPS as indicated or at the seller's discretion. The item bought will be shipped to the PayPal or other confirmed address unless clearly requested and agreed to in advance. The shipping charge listed applies to U.S. addresses only. Shipping to customers outside of U.S. is by special arrangement and at additional cost. All items are packed properly for commercial shipping and insured. Claims for damage in shipping are covered by the carrier's insurance.
    Payment:
    PayPal (paypal.com) is preferred, but even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still check out with a credit or debit card as a guest by choosing PayPal as your payment method. You'll be redirected to PayPal but instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card. You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. You must also enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. If you are unable to complete the sale please contact the seller for other options.
    Offers:
    When the item listing indicates "Make Offer" we will consider reasonable offers in most cases. However, the shipping charge is not included in the accepted offer price unless the item listing states "Free Shipping". Thus, if the shipping listed is calculated based on weight and destination or is a fixed amount then the shipping will be charged in addition to your offer price for that item.
    Buyer's Obligation:
    The buyer has an obligation to complete the transaction by sending payment for the item won in a timely manner. A bill for the merchandise won will be sent to the winning bidder upon request. After being notified the seller allows 2 days for payment. If the payment is not received within 2 days of the closing of the auction or sale this may result in an unpaid item case. In this case the buyer will be notified of the default and given an opportunity to resolve the problem. A buyer may also request that a sale to be cancelled if unable to complete the transaction or for other good reasons.
    Feedback:
    The buyer is encouraged to leave positive feedback when the item is received. The seller strives to ensure each transaction is a positive experience for the buyer and the seller will give positive feedback when the payment is received. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure an item listed is available and accurately described. It is considered unfair for a buyer to leave negative feedback without first contacting the seller in order to resolve any perceived problem. An honest mistake, mix-up or unintentional error does not justify leaving negative feedback. It is considered an abuse of established protocols for a buyer to give negative feedback in any case where the buyer has not been harmed in any way, has not suffered any loss, or believes unreasonably that a problem exists if such perceived problem has not been brought to the attention of the seller and a reasonable opportunity given to the seller to correct it.
