Vintage Antique Chinese ? Brass or Bronze Jardiniere Planter Dragon

Description

Measures 8 1/2" tall  and 9 1/4 to 9 3/4" across as it is slightly been made oval for some reason (will probably bend back I did not want to mess with it).
