Vintage Oriental Yellow Vase Hand Painted Flower Butterfly Vegetation w/Mark

Vintage Oriental Yellow Vase Hand Painted with Flowers, Butterfly, Vegetation and Striking Dark Blue Stake.  Size of Vase:  11" H x 3" D (top) x 3-1/2" (bottom).  Bowl shape in center is 5" diameter.  I believe material is porcelain.  Material Mark on bottom of vase is two lines and a dot colored green.  I couldn't find reference to maker.  There is wear on the gold rims located at top of vase, center and bottom of vase.  No chips or breaks.  Comes from a smoke free home.
